How to build your timetable

  1. Click an empty time slot. The add-class form opens with that day and time already filled in — the fastest way to build a schedule.
  2. Fill in the class. Name it, tick every day it meets (Mon/Wed/Fri for a typical lecture), set start and end, and optionally add the room and instructor.
  3. Watch for conflicts. If the time clashes with another class you will see a warning naming it. Fix the time, or save anyway — the clash stays flagged on the grid.
  4. Adjust the view. Under Display settings, change the day's start and end times or switch between 15, 30, and 60-minute slots.
  5. Print or keep building. Use Print schedule for a clean paper copy, or create a second timetable (Spring 2027?) from the switcher above the grid.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a weekly class timetable online?

Click any empty time slot on the grid above — a form opens with the day and time already filled in. Type the class name, add the location and instructor if you want, and save. Your whole schedule is drawn on the grid automatically.

How do I add a class that meets on several days?

In the class form, tick every day the class meets — for example Mon, Wed, and Fri for a typical lecture. The class appears on each of those days at the same time, and its weekly hours count all of them.

What happens if two classes overlap?

You get a clear warning in the form naming the classes that clash, and the overlapping blocks on the grid get a warning marker. You can still save the class — sometimes overlaps are intentional — but the conflict stays flagged until you fix it.

Can I make more than one timetable?

Yes. Use the timetable switcher above the grid to create, rename, and delete timetables — handy for comparing a Fall and Spring schedule, or keeping a work rota separate from classes.

Is my timetable saved? Where does it go?

Everything is saved automatically in your browser on this device — there is no account and nothing is uploaded to a server. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, the timetable will not follow you, so print or screenshot anything important.

How do I print my class schedule?

Click the Print button in the sidebar. The page switches to a clean print layout with just your weekly grid — no forms, guides, or buttons — ready to stick on a wall or file in a binder.

Can I change the time range or the size of the time slots?

Yes — under Display settings you can set the day's start and end time (for example 7 AM to 10 PM) and choose 15, 30, or 60-minute slots. The grid redraws instantly and your classes stay exactly where they are.

Does it work for weekend classes?

Yes. The grid covers all seven days, Monday to Sunday, so Saturday labs and Sunday seminars fit right in.

Is the timetable maker free? Do I need an account?

Completely free and no account needed. Add as many classes and timetables as you like — everything runs in your browser.
