Yes. It uses the Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues), the same cryptographic-grade source your browser uses for secure keys - not the weaker Math.random() that many generators rely on.

Enter your minimum and maximum in the Numbers tab, choose how many numbers you want, and click Generate. Every draw is inclusive, so both the minimum and maximum can come up.
